Data Deletion Request

Pausely — developed by Level X Apps

This page explains how to request deletion of your data associated with Pausely, the parental screen-time app published by Level X Apps. We built Pausely to keep your family's data minimal, and most of it never leaves your device.

How to request deletion

  1. Email info@levelxinc.com with the subject line "Pausely Data Deletion Request."
  2. So we can locate and delete your purchase record, include the email address used for your Google Play purchase and/or your Google Play order ID.
  3. We will process your request and confirm by email, typically within 30 days.

To remove all data stored on your device immediately, you can also uninstall Pausely or clear its app data in your Android settings at any time — this requires no request to us.

What data is deleted, and what is kept

Purchase history (subscriptions / lifetime) Held by our payments provider, RevenueCat, on our behalf, tied to an anonymous ID. Deleted from RevenueCat upon your request. Note: Google Play retains its own transaction records under Google's policies; those are controlled by Google and we cannot delete them.
Email address (only if you used the guardian email-unlock feature) Sent through our email provider, EmailJS, solely to deliver your unlock code. We do not store it in a database. Not retained by us. EmailJS may keep transient delivery logs under its own retention policy.

Pausely does not collect or transmit your child's app usage or screen content. It only measures how long the screen is on, on your device, to time breaks — that information is never sent to us and is removed when the app is uninstalled.
