App data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

Pausely is designed for use by children and families. We take children’s privacy seriously and comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the Google Play Families policy. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction) without verifiable parental consent. The app stores data locally on the device and does not transmit personal information to our servers. We do not serve behavioral advertising, and any third-party services used in the app comply with applicable child-safety requirements. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at the email below so we can promptly remove it.

6. Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. You can delete app content on your device at any time, and you may request deletion of any data we hold by contacting us.
